Jared Hardner

Jared has 30+ years of experience in the fields of environmental protection and biodiversity conservation. The focus of his current work is international lender standards for the protection of biodiversity. Jared earned a B.A. from Princeton University and an M.F.S. from Yale University's School of the Environment.


Ted Gullison

Ted has 30+ years of experience working on a wide range of natural resource management and conservation issues. A particular emphasis in his career has been incorporating scientific rigor into the evaluation and design of a broad spectrum of approaches to biodiversity conservation. Ted earned a B.S. from the University of British Columbia and a Ph.D. from Princeton University.


Brad Boyle

Brad has 30+ years experience in the field of conservation assessment and monitoring, with a growing focus on biodiversity informatics. Brad's research integrates the use of ground surveys, remote sensing and biodiversity databases as tools for assessing ecological condition and conservation significance at regional, national and global scales. Brad earned a B.S. from the University of British Columbia and a Ph.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.


Pedro Galvis

Pedro is a Colombian biologist with 25+ years of experience. He has worked with both conservation NGOs and industry in Latin America, including conducting environmental impact studies and supervising IFC Performance Standard 6 compliance. He holds a B.S. in Biology from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and has completed post-graduate courses on a range of technical topics in field biology. 


Shaye Hardner

Shaye began her career in the 1990s as an analyst of U.S. EPA regulations working with the Cambridge, MA consulting firm IEc. She went on to work for Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) in Silicon Valley, focusing on environmental sustainability. She currently works on environmental management and sustainability in manufacturing at Worthen Industries and has been consulting with HGA on environmental aspects of human rights assessments for the mining sector since 2012. She holds a B.A. from Williams College and a Masters from Stanford University.
