Brad's research integrates the use of ground surveys, remote sensing and biodiversity databases as tools for assessing ecological condition and conservation significance at regional, national and global scales. Brad earned a B.S. from the University of British Columbia and a Ph.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.
Heidi has 20 years of experience in environmental research and consulting. Her work focuses on assessment, remediation, and restoration of coastal and marine habitats. She specializes in taking projects from the design stage to construction with an emphasis on quality control and scientific rigor. Heidi has a B.A. in Biology & Environmental Studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz and a Ph.D. from Yale University.
Pedro is a Colombian biologist with over 20 years of experience. He has worked with both conservation NGOs and industry in Latin America, including conducting environmental impact studies and supervising IFC Performance Standard 6 compliance. He holds a B.S. in Biology from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and has completed post-graduate courses on a range of technical topics in field biology.
