HGA consultants have assisted NGOs, multi-lateral banks, and corporations in the design of many conservation projects, ranging from the establishment of new national parks to forest restoration programs. Some recent projects include:
- A comprehensive portfolio of biodiversity and forest-based carbon offset projects for Rio Tinto Minera Peru, including assistance to formal protected areas, ecosystem restoration, and other voluntary conservation projects
- Conservation International’s conservation incentive program for the Galapagos Marine Reserve
- Inter-American Development Bank’s Sustainable Development Program for the Productive Sectors of the Galapagos
- Compañía Minera Antamina´s Polylepis Restoration program in the Andean highlands of Ancash, Peru
- Amazon Conservation Association´s Los Amigos Conservation Concession in Madre de Dios, Peru
- Peru´s Cordillera Azul National Park
- Conservation International´s Lower Essequibo Conservation Concession
